| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon the placement of your order to ensure shipment is timely. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Simply Solutions, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. By utilizing the Simply Solutions, Incorporated website you agree to all terms and conditions of the website. |

| We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM CST , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. While manufacturers may discontinue items, we will keep them on our website and available while supplies last. Occassionally, we may have to cancel your order due to an item being out of stock completely. You will receive a notification if this happens. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping on items that qualify for cancellations. |

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, Simply Solutions offers a 7 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies.
For returns, please call 888-400-7003 or e-mail sales@simplysolutionsinc.com to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Simply Solutions, Incorporated strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Simply Solutions, Incorporated to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Simply Solutions, Incorporated immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Simply Solutions, Incorporated of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 866-400-7003 or your Simply Solutions, Incorporated account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Simply Solutions, Incorporated within 30 days from the invoice date, at Simply Solutions, Incorporated's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Simply Solutions does not refund original shipping costs incurred by your original order. Refunds can take up to 14 days to verify and complete.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 7 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Simply Solutions, Incorporated within 7 days from the invoice date, at Simply Solutions, Incorporated's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. All clothing is subject to a $5.00 minimum restocking fee. Due to manufacturers' policies, Simply Solutions, Incorporated cannot accept returns of the following items for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON: (Simply Solutions, Incorporated exceptions). DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned for REPAIR ONLY to: Simply Solutions, Incorporated, the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items. Certain items are unable to be returned or cancelled as stated on the website and on the order confirmation. Customer is responsible for all shipping return costs on item ID's ending in EDU.
Simply Solutions, Incorporated reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after after 7 days and before 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Simply Solutions, Incorporated on returned items. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 24 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Special order items are an exception to this, and if you need details about shipping on special order items, please give us a call. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or holidays, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Simply Solutions, Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. Be sure to estimate additional days around holidays. 2-Day and other shipping applies from date the item was shipped, not the order date, as we do have to verify each order before shipping. Things such as different billing and shipping addresses can delay shipments. Due to variences in manufacturers, all special order item delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Typically, special orders arrive in 2-4 weeks, but this can be extended due to the manufacturer. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you have a different billing and ship to address, your order will go through our security check and may cause slight delays. |

| Simply Solutions, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you agree to be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Simply Solutions, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Simply Solutions, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,Simply Solutions, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
